The room was twin and with big beds. Location: the hotel was close to many shops and restaurants, and sempalan port. Also, we wanted to visit Buyuk Harbour, that was a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

The people running this place are absolutely amazing! They picked us up at the harbour for free, greeted us with a refreshing drink, and were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the sheets were unbelievably soft - the best I've experienced in the last 3 months. The air conditioning and WiFi worked flawlessly, and the breakfast options were delightful. The staff went above and beyond to assist us - they helped us book affordable speed boats, arranged scooter rentals, and even organized a snorkeling trip at a great price. Agus, in particular, was incredibly kind. The location is superb - close to the port and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The hotel also offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off services, making transportation a breeze. Plus, they allow guests to use their fridge to store drinks. The room itself was spacious and remarkably quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Nusa Penida, as a destination, is stunningly beautiful.we had an outstanding time at this place - the staff, room, pool, and location were all superb.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! They were always helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even helped me arrange transportation and gave me their personal contact information to make communication easier.
The transfer from the pier to the hotel was a bit expensive. Although the hotel is only 20 minutes away, the cost was higher than expected.

The room was mind-blowingly nice, everything looked super new. The small but cool pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after an adventure-packed day. The breakfast was simply delicious. The staff, jaw-droppingly amazing, helped me with everything, even before arrival, via whatsapp. They organized the manta ray tour and transfers, which was great since the pier was a bit far. The facilities were spotless, with hot showers, 24-hour coffee and tea, and a tasty breakfast included. I loved the spacious shared spaces by the pool, with large tables that created a great atmosphere. Agus, the man who could do anything, was so friendly and always ready to help. The daily room cleaning was a nice touch, and the scooter tours were fantastic for those, like me, who weren't confident on a scooter. The staff was genuinely nice and went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt welcomed and had no complaints at all.

The pool may not be big, but having one is a pleasant surprise. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, providing free pick-up and drop-off services. The hotel allows guests to use their fridge, and the rooms are spacious and quiet. With plenty of nearby restaurants and scooter rentals/tour options, it's easy to explore the beautiful Nusa Penida island. The staff also went above and beyond in arranging transportation and assisting with any needs. The delicious pancakes at breakfast and comfortable beds were icing on the cake. There was nothing major to complain about, just a suggestion for slightly bigger bed covers. a wonderful experience!
